Business India™ / Merchant of India™ is a listing platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture, stock, or sell products ourselves — all transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers.

Each seller sets their own Return Policy, which is displayed on their individual product pages (e.g., "No Returns", "7 Days Return", "Exchange Only"). Please check the specific product's return policy before purchasing.

For any return or exchange requests, please contact the seller directly using the phone/WhatsApp number listed on the product page. Business India / Merchant of India is not responsible for mediating returns, but we encourage fair dealing between buyers and sellers.

Shipping and delivery are arranged directly between the buyer and seller. Each product listing shows the seller's delivery areas and estimated delivery time.

Business India / Merchant of India does not handle logistics, courier services, or shipping ourselves — we simply connect you with sellers who manage their own delivery. Please confirm shipping costs, delivery time, and delivery areas directly with the seller before placing an order.

Since orders are placed and fulfilled directly between buyers and sellers (outside our platform's payment system), cancellation terms are set by each individual seller.
